Safety Precautions Covid-19

We are following the restrictions that are regulated by the Swedish Government and Health Authorities.

We do this by keeping social distance, testing whenever required, keeping our workspaces clean, disinfecting areas and wearing gloves when packaging the jewelry. We have very few people on staff and if need be, we will work in shifts to make both our staff and Your experience as healthy as possible.

Delivery Times

We constantly look for better, more sustainable ways to ship our products to you. At times it may take a little longer than normal to ship an order because we constantly look for the most efficient way -efficient for the planet- to deliver our orders. And we appreciate your understanding and patience when this is the case.

We process orders as quickly as possible but due to each country’s regulations, times of transport, custom processes etc. we can not control the delivery times as we would like. Please bear with us.

During holiday time or peak shopping times, delivery time may take longer due to the higher demand of the shipping companies.

For international orders, deliveries during holidays will take as long as 4 weeks, sometimes even longer. It all depend on each country's import processes.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an order confirmation via email. Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you cannot find it. Otherwise, contact customer service via our Contact Us page.

Can I amend my order?

Unfortunately, once you have placed the order we cannot cancel or amend the order. You can return the order once you have received it. Follow the steps under “Returns”.

Returns

Decisions take time – and we’re happy to accept returns if you’ve changed your mind. However, please note there are a couple of rules. We are only able to accept returns on items if they are sent back unworn and in their original packaging. There should be no scratches or stains on the jewelry.

We evaluate each returned item and refund you once it's accepted. You will receive a note from us that your return has been accepted. If your return is not accepted, we will notify you and you can decide what you want to do with the item.

Please know that we have the right to refuse a return if we see there are scratches or other concerns with the jewelry that is sent back. We will evaluate each return on a case by case basis.

What If I get sick and cannot return an item within the designated time?

Faulty items

We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your Perlin Design jewelry.

We inspect all our jewelry before sending to you, however, sometimes mistakes are made in the process of making jewelry. If you notice an issue that is not the fault of yours, please let us know by sending us pictures and description of the flaw.

We will do everything we can to replace your item in a timely manner.

Payment options

We accept most major payment methods including Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Amex, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Klarna.

Please note that all orders are processed in Euro. Due to currency fluctuations - your statement may differ from the amount at the time of purchase.

Are my payments secure?

At Perlin Design, we take online security very seriously. At no point do we store financial information on our servers. Perlin Design
employs trusted and reputable third party hosting agents and payment providers to ensure the security of personal data. All credit card details are entered on a secure server using Shopify Payments. The transfer of the purchase details from our site to Shopify Payments are capsulated using their encrypted and digitally signed protocol which is secure and tamper-proof. Shopify Payments is level 1 (the highest level) PCI DSS compliant.

Receiving your refund

We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days. However, in some cases, due to the current global situation this time frame may be extended to 30 working days. All refunds will be credited to the original payment form.

VAT

VAT (at 25%) is included on all orders within Europe, and is included in the listed product prices.
Outside the EU: VAT (at 25%) is automatically taken off any order being delivered outside the EU.

Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside Sweden. These charges are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover this cost. We might consider changing this in the future.

Gift wrapping

Gift wrapping is available for an additional €5.00 (per order); simply tick the Gift Wrapping box at Checkout where you can also add a message.
